关于进一步加强国庆假期及前后疫情防控工作的通告

letter-spacing: 2px; line-height: 1.75em; transform: rotateZ(0deg);'><section style='text-align: justify;line-height: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 18px;'>广大市民朋友：</span></section><section style='text-align: justify;line-height: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 18px;'> 国内本土疫情仍呈多点散发、多地频发、多链条传播的态势，随着国庆假期临近，人员流动性增加，加大了疫情传播风险。为切实保障全市人民群众生命安全和身体健康，以安全平稳的社会秩序喜迎党的二十大胜利召开，根据国务院联防联控机制和省疫情防控指挥部要求，现就全市国庆假期及前后疫情防控工作有关事项通告如下：</span></section><section style='text-align: justify;line-height: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 18px;'> <strong>一、个人主动报备行程。</strong>来(返)仙人员抵仙前，应至少提前3天向社区(村)、宾馆酒店、企事业单位等目的地报备，了解我市疫情防控政策，并按要求自主申报行程信息，配合落实各项防控措施。一是登录“鄂汇办”APP——健康码——自主申报进行报备;二是登录“支付宝”APP——湖北健康码——自主申报进行报备;三是登录自主申报网址进行报备：http://wjwsqpczdsb.chutianyun.gov.cn:16096/communityz/</span></section><section style='text-align: justify;line-height: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 18px;'> <strong>二、严格安全有序出行。</strong>倡导广大市民朋友国庆假期在本地过节，尽量减少跨地市出行，避免人群大范围流动引发疫情传播的风险。乘坐飞机、高铁、列车、跨省长途客运汽车、跨省客运船舶等交通工具须持48小时内核酸检测阴性证明，不能以健康码的核酸“己采样”信息代替。</span></section><section style='text-align: justify;line-height: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 18px;'> <strong>三、严格落实“落地检”。</strong>外省来(返)仙人员必须持有48小时核酸检测阴性证明。按照“自愿、免费、即采即走，不限制流动”的原则，外省来(返)仙人员抵仙后，积极配合完成“落地检”，实行3天2检，即落地检测1次，第3天检测1次。在第2次核酸检测阴性结果出来前，不参加聚集性活动，不前往公共场所，确需外出时，做好个人防护，避免乘坐公共交通工具。</span></section><section style='text-align: justify;line-height: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 18px;'> <strong>四、严格查验核酸检测阴性证明。</strong>城区进出公共场所、乘坐公共交通工具须戴口罩、测体温、查验“两码”和5天内核酸检测阴性证明。进入景区、景点、宾馆、酒店、商场、超市、餐饮单位、农贸市场、医疗机构等服务场所和休闲娱乐密闭场所须查验48小时内核酸检测阴性证明。从外省返回的建筑工地人员须查验48小时内核酸检测阴性证明。</span></section><section style='text-align: justify;line-height: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 18px;'> <strong>五、严格减少聚集性活动。</strong>非必要不举办培训、会展、文艺演出等大型聚集性活动。确需举办的，严格落实疫情防控措施，实行“谁举办、谁负责”“谁审批、谁负责”，参加聚集性活动人员需扫场所码、查验健康码、行程卡及48小时内核酸检测阴性证明。提倡从简举办婚丧嫁娶，尽量减少参加人员。</span></section><section style='text-align: justify;line-height: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 18px;'> <strong>六、严格落实扫“场所码”。</strong>树立“每个人都是自己健康第一责任人”的理念，广大市民朋友进入市内公共场所请配合主动扫“场所码”，为疫情防控工作提供数据支撑，实现精准防控。</span></section><section style='text-align: justify;line-height: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 18px;'> <strong>七、严格落实疫苗接种工作。</strong>接种新冠病毒疫苗是预防新冠肺炎最经济、最有效的手段，是每一位公民的责任和义务。符合接种条件的群众，尽早主动到附近的疫苗接种点完成疫苗接种，特别是60岁以上老人要积极主动配合做好疫苗接种工作。</span></section><section style='text-align: justify;line-height: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 18px;'> 国庆假期及前后的防控措施将执行到10月31日止。后续将根据疫情形势和防控工作需要，进一步优化完善相关措施。</span></section><section style='text-align: justify;line-height: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 18px;'><br></span></section><section style='outline: 0px;
