图片又不能放大，不能仔细看清楚，怎么提建议？
不管效果图有多漂亮，如果没有设计300个以上的车位的话，都将是败笔。最好是将最下一层，全部设计成停车位，除了方便去娱乐的，周边的百姓也可以受益。 在仙桃第一次去ktv就在文化宫 我记得零几年的时候在张沟二中读书，学校收了每人二十元，说是集资费，给仙桃建青少年文化宫，不知道有多少人经历过这事。 26125229 发表于 2022-9-27 18:32

这是一块少有的公共用地。
多建些车位，首先是多些收入，其次大大的缓解周边停车难的问题，三百以上的车位说得有点保守，一千，二千个都可行。
石狮服装城的停车位，可能有二万多个，地下车库，地面车位，楼顶停车场全部免费的。 就是怕搞到最后，拆了和剧场一样围几年不动 原来小礼堂斜对面 里面还有一个大体育场 后来改溜冰场 进大门还收费地 时间快哦 老城区已经失去了居住功能，怎一个脏乱差了得唯有整体搬迁 文化宫已经有二十多年没去了吧，学生时代被朋友带进去长见识的场景却恍如昨日 Mr李 发表于 2022-9-27 19:54
