font-size: medium; line-height: 2em; text-indent: 2em;'>解放街社区党总支委员于琴介绍，小区改造前，街道、社区联合设计单位及小区业委会，通过入户走访、发放调查问卷、组织召开居民座谈会等方式收集居民诉求，明确改造重点，将群众迫切需要解决的电动车棚建设、共享充电设施安装、违建拆除、管网改造、消防安防设施整治等问题纳入改造方案，经不断协商，最终达成共识。</p><p style='color: rgb(0, 0, 0); text-align: center; line-height: 2em; text-indent: 0em;'><span style='color: rgb(136, 136, 136);'><br></span></section><p style='color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: medium; line-height: 2em; text-indent: 2em;'>“银鑫小区改造居民提出最多的两个地方一是小区安防，二是违建的拆除。”龙华山街道城建办负责人张晶表示。据悉，该小区由于完全是开放式的，没有围墙，安全是很大的问题。改造后，不仅新砌了围墙、安装监控设施、加装了电动车停车棚，而且引入了第三方共享充电设施，有效遏制了电动车飞线充电带来的安全隐患。</p><p style='color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: medium; line-height: 2em; text-indent: 2em;'>在小区违建拆除方面，更是充分运用了共同缔造理念，凝聚了群众共识。据了解，经市自规局工作专班认定，小区共有10多处违建，全部是一楼的乱搭乱建，时间久远，有很大的拆除难度。</p><p style='color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: medium; line-height: 2em; text-indent: 2em;'>拆违初期，居民抵触情绪很大，工作很难开展。由街道、社区、小区业委会组成的工作专班，牺牲了周末、晚上休息时间，逐一上门做工作，动之以情，晓之以理。在大家的共同努力下，居民由最初的反对，转变成主动加入拆违队伍。70岁的陈爷爷，就是其中一员。他表示，这是真正为群众办实事，群众没有理由不支持不参与。</p><p style='color: rgb(0, 0, 0);
