box-sizing: border-box !important;'><section style='line-height: 2em;'> <span style='font-size: 16px;'> 这得益于我市大力推进分层分类社会救助体系建设，出台《仙桃市最低生活保障审核确认实施细则（试行）》，会同市教育局、市医保局等13家单位编制了《仙桃市分层分类社会救助政策工具书》，拟定《仙桃市关于改革完善社会救助制度的实施方案》，切实保障和完善城乡困难群众基本生活。</span></section><section style='line-height: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 16px;'> 针对特困群体，我市购买第三方服务，联合市晨辉社会工作服务中心、市孝雅使者志愿服务站开展“春节慰问走访”“情系雷锋月、爱洒三月天”等主题活动，为特困群体送去温暖，提供精神慰藉，有效提升特困供养人员生活质量和幸福指数。</span></section><section style='line-height: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 16px;'> 为及时将符合条件对象纳入保障，我市严格按照“应保尽保、应救尽救”的总要求，通过告知承诺制，将符合条件的困难群众及时纳入保障范围，让群众受助更及时。目前，全市共新纳入城市低保394户557人、农村低保1070户1522人、城市特困56人、农村特困220人。</span></section><section style='line-height: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 16px;'> 凡困必帮、有难必救。我市还充分发挥临时救助“救急难”作用，对因疫情、恶劣天气、意外伤害、重大疾病等突发事件导致基本生活出现困难的群众，积极开展“先行救助”。截至目前，共实施临时救助4388人次，发放救助资金560万元。</span></section><p style='outline: 0px;
