如果个人自己交职工医保，就没有意义了 ，有生育意愿的女士可以交单位职工医保，有生育保险和生育津贴，如果没有生良意愿的，交350的居民医保算了 职工医保费由个人和单位按比例缴纳，分为门诊费和住院费，住院费实行统筹，门诊费计入个人帐户。其本金和利息归个人所有，可以结转使用和继承。依据以上规定，医保费并非医保局的资金，医保局仅有保管统筹住院费的法定义务和职责，无权对个人帐户上的门诊费进行统筹再分配。 好拍档 发表于 2023-2-11 18:12

你该不会以为居民医保老这么低水平的涨个30，50吧！
迟早居民医保，职工医保在某个时间点会相汇的，这一天的到来，相信会很快！
医保缴费时间长达25，30年，增无可增，只能做减法，以网传武汉为例：个人帐户从月280+减到月80+（且灵活在缴费期间无返个人帐户，退休才固定返66），三甲门诊500起，4000封项，报50%！。简单算一下，同样购4000元药，原来个人帐户有280*12-4000=-640，个人支付640元就够了。
现在4000-500-（4000-500）*0.5=1750-80*12=790，个人需支付790元，到三甲挂号需8元次，按10次计算80元，870元！
这仅仅是钱的计算，三甲是需要时间成本的！ 越复杂，老百姓越见鬼！ 减轻群众就医负担的核心是降低各种检查费用、大处方，多用便宜药，不能小病大治，无病整出病，医院要回归公益性质，不能过度盈利，这是问题的本质。
