letter-spacing: 1.5px; background: transparent;'><section data-autoskip="1"><p><span style='font-size: 17px;'>　　目前，我市一次性创业补贴包括3种类型，即对符合条件的高校毕业生和返乡人员给予一次性创业补贴5000元，对符合条件的就业困难人员给予2000元一次创业补贴。2022年我市共发放一次性创业补贴19.7万元。</span></p><p><span style='font-size: 17px;'>　　为扩大政策宣传面、知晓率，今年1月以来，市人社局大力推广一次性创业补贴政策，通过网上宣传、送政策上门、面对面讲解等多种渠道开展宣传。与此同时，压缩审批时间，实行容缺受理，符合条件的人员只需跑一次即可进行申领。</span></p><p><span style='font-size: 17px;'>　　针对返乡人员在省外务工证明难的情况，该局一方面简化申报材料，形成统一的带动就业人员花名册，指导申请人填写。另一方面将证明条件放宽，返乡创业人员有以下证明材料之一即可：在外工作单位的工作证明、劳动合同、离职证明、工资流水、社保缴费记录、纳税记录、外地暂住证、大学生外地毕业证、退役士兵外地退役证、在外注册的营业执照、外地就业失业登记证等真实材料。</span></p><p><span style='font-size: 17px;'>　　市人社局相关负责人表示，希望通过各项举措，提高政策落实灵活性和可操作性，让补贴政策家喻户晓，让更多有需要的创业者享受补贴、应领尽领，帮助他们实现创业梦。（刘荣、邓律）</span></p></section></section></section></section></section></section></section></section><p style='display: none;'><mp-style-type data-value="10000"></mp-style-type></p><br>来源：仙桃人社</div><p></p>
