1、具有竞争力的薪酬待遇，对于行业内的优秀人才薪酬不设限；
观点：是具有本行业竞争力，还是仙桃各工业企业的平均竞争力？应该是：8000-12000（按经验与学历、其它加分项、试用期前与试用期后来区分薪资范围），不要写：8000-15000元，这个太玄，毕竟里面的所有岗位不属业务类。至于“优秀人才薪酬不设限”这一点，指的是”整体薪酬不设限“？如果是的话，那月薪可能会到NNNNN元？
2、公司免费提供工作餐和宿舍，宿舍配套空调、热水等设施；
观点：免费提供工作餐，那基本上就是中午餐；按照上述所招聘人员岗位及仙桃本地技术型人才的缺乏等因素来考量，只提供“工作餐”这一项，那是砸自己的脚。而且，在热线上此广告的抬头上写的是“免费食宿”四字，不能让自己来解释此事吧。另外，还要简介一下宿舍情况（如几人一间），这一点也是近些年来打工仔都蛮关心的。
3、不定期组织团建、旅游等文体活动：
观点：组织团建与旅游，就千万不要只搞“职能部门某些人或者是哪几个管理人员”，又或者说只有“优秀干部或优秀员工”..........特别是“优秀”这一块，做的好、做的严谨，没有问题。做的不公平不公正，可以会滋生内部腐败。如：我跟你关系好，就提你一个优秀员工（干部），明年就可以去旅游了。
所以，建议：所有人员都要有机会（团建次数与旅游人员数量要加大），可按“团体奖、团建费用平均（月）、旅游分批执行”，更详细的就不在这里讲述了。否则，不要瞎闹！仙桃某酒店就有真实案例，先腐败，后员工离职率超高，本来也只是搞“优秀——省内旅游”的事情，结果....................
4、良好的成长空间及职业发展通道。
观点：作为仙桃内的大企业，成长空间与“管理与技术”的双通道，应该会有。但如何去做好“职业规划与实施”这一个人力模块，这就是大事了。不要跟打工仔来“画饼”就行。
最后：此广告并没有写的重点：五险一金、休假、何时发工资？全勤奖？有没有13薪或年终奖？免费年体检.......................这些，才是作为打工仔来说，最最关注的。
看了上面的几个岗位，无非就是两个重点岗：一就是普工，二就是技术工，这不管是在仙桃还是全中国做制造业企业的最大的痛点岗位。 只要掌握一技之长，哪里都需要。 工厂固定管理模式下哪有什么真正的技术工，都是熟练工。傻瓜模式是管理的最终形态，意味着一个傻瓜都可以在我这里贡献价值！ 这个厂好像也是一年四季在招人 歹哪些 发表于 2024-5-17 05:06
