color: rgb(0, 122, 170); letter-spacing: 0.578px; text-align: center;'>曾利峰</strong><span style='letter-spacing: 0.544px; text-indent: 2em;'>：</span>我们所有进队的志愿者都有自己的特长，首先必须具备红十字初级救护员证和初级无线电台操作证，我们会根据个人的特长进行分类分组，发挥志愿者的特长并发挥到极致，在每次行动中各部门各尽其职、各尽其责，例如我们在接到任务后，第一时间会通知秘书组，秘书组会在第一时间在全体志愿者微信群里发发布出队指令，招募出勤人员，同时后勤组会给出队队员购买意外保险并针对不同类别的救援任务，准备不同的救援装备，安排食宿。各条线形成合力，让队员们全身心的投入到救援行动中，能更好更快的完成任务，给求助者带去希望。我们队伍中有很多有特长的队员，像我们的副队长金文波、缪志华他们都是户外爱好者，同时在水域救援专业能力方面都有很强的实力，他们有桨板教练证、内河船员适应证、游泳救生员证等。我记得最清楚的就是随州山洪，当时水流相当急，河对岸有人员被困，急需食物和饮用水，受上游影响洪水还在不停地上涨，当时现场有多支救援队在观望水情，因为对水情不熟，但是汛期就是命令，他们两位观察水的走向流速，认真研判，凭借过硬的舟艇驾驶技能，安全的通过了洪流，安全的将食物和矿泉水送到了被困人员手里。同时他们还参与了郑州特大洪灾救援。我们这几年还参与了疫情期间的防疫消杀、我们通过蓝天平台调运生活物资（面粉、大米、蔬菜等）共计72吨。其他一些队员还参与了近年的监利沉船打捞、随州山洪救援、郑州特大洪灾及去年的河北涿州洪水救援等</span><span style='letter-spacing: 0.544px;font-size: 15px;text-indent: 2em;'>。</span><br></section><section style='text-indent: 2em;'><br></section></section></section></section><section data-tools="135编辑器" data-id="130987" style='outline: 0px; color: rgb(0, 122, 170); letter-spacing: 0.578px; text-align: center;'>曾利峰</strong><span style='letter-spacing: 0.544px; text-indent: 2em;'>：</span>减少灾难给人民带来的伤害和损失最有效的做法就是预防，因为每一次灾害事故的背后就是一个家庭的破裂，所以我们每年都会组织队员进行各种救援技能的学习和培训，也会与其他兄弟队伍进行交流，取长补短，目的是为了将技能专业化，因为无数次的抢险救援，我们见到了太多的家庭因为意外遭遇的灭顶之灾，可以说是人亡家毁。为了这些灾难不再重现，我们联合市教育局、市应急管理局、包括团市委及市红十字会等政府机关社会团体联合组队进学校、进社区、进企业、进单位、包括市民广场人多的地方等，进行防溺水和急救知识宣讲，同时我们还在河边、湖畔等危险的地方竖立警示标识和竖立救援杆悬挂救生圈，通过我们及社会各界的努力，2023年全市没有发生一起学生溺亡事故。每年巡河护泳，我们都是从6月中旬就开始了，我们会组织“海陆空”全方位的力量展开行动，水面有我们的橡皮艇和浆板来回巡视、空中有无人机航拍和喊话，岸上有队员们来回巡查和广播提醒市民注意安全。尽管值守时间长，天气炎热，我们看到通过我们的值守，没有发生一起溺水事故，队员们都觉得自己的付出是值得的。我们所有的付出就是为了在危机到来的时候，能竭尽所能的给与受困者帮助。我们队伍的宗旨就是“少说多做 默默奉献 完善自我 善待他人”，在各种危机面前，竭尽所能的挽救生命</span><span style='font-size: 15px;text-indent: 2em;letter-spacing: 0.544px;'>。</span><br></section><section style='text-indent: 2em;'><br></section><section data-tools="135编辑器" data-id="130987" style='outline: 0px; letter-spacing: 0.544px; background-color: rgb(242, 248, 255); text-indent: 2em;'>：</span>在今后的日子里我们希望通过我们的专业知识宣讲，以过去的案例为警示，通过自媒体让更多的市民朋友懂急救、会急救、当危险来临的时候能逃生自救和他救，我的梦想就是“天下无灾”希望我们永远不要出队，愿景是每个家庭至少有一个成员会急救！</span></p><p><span style='font-size: 15px;color: rgb(0, 0, 0);'>众人拾柴火焰高，我们仙桃市蓝天救援队的公益行动得到了社会各界的关心和支持，我们全体志愿者心怀感恩！对所有帮助过我们的人不敢忘怀！同时，我们也需要大家一如既往的关心支持我们的公益行动！从建队到现在，无论是志愿者人数，还是队员救援技能的提升，救援装备的配备，社会影响力等各方面都取得了长足的进步，借此机会我们要感谢市应急管理局，市红十字会等单位的鼎力支持。他们为我们提供了办公地点，配置了搜救声纳，船艇，车辆等装备。但是，每一次救援行动对物料的消耗都是一个很大的数字，是一次完全的付出。比如船外机都是油老虎，一部功率最小船外机每次行动的油料消耗都是几百上千元，还有我们车辆的日常维修也是一笔巨大的负担。我们队的主力装备车还是五年前买的别人几近报废的救护车，每次出队都担心趴窝。我作为队长，除了带头出队外，操心最多的就是“开支咋办，钱在哪里？”我们缺乏稳定的经费来源，也没有财政拨款的渠道，我们早期出队就是租车租船身背装备赶赴救援现场，经费支出就是所有人员AA制。现在虽然装备提升了，但是相比外县市，外省市，我们队伍的运行经费压力还是非常大，经费筹措渠道太少，更缺乏大企业在背后的支持。去年接受的企业个人捐赠是最多的，也不到一万元，到现在为止，我们公益行动还需要个人往里面贴钱。借此机会，我们呼吁爱心企业，爱心人士加入我们的公益队伍，我们也希望各级政府机关组织企业专业协会参与到我们的公益行动中，捐钱可以捐物也行，我们都欢迎！我们真心希望与社会各界携手合作，用我们的所学去带动去帮助更多的人，去感染更多的人，去造福更多的人，让社会充满更多的爱<span style='letter-spacing: 0.034em;'>。</span></span></p></section></section></section></section></section></section><p style='outline: 0px;
