font-family: 微软雅黑, "Microsoft YaHei"; font-size: 12.6316px; letter-spacing: 0.5px; caret-color: rgb(34, 34, 34);'><br></span></section><section><br></section>来源：仙桃日报</div><p></p> 安居房免费向这些学子开放，吸引更多的优质人才到仙桃！ 搞这一出事，无非就是想“对外宣传”以及“招人”。但除了华润以外，有几个学生又愿意到仙桃。就算是有少部分人到其他企业工作，到最后剩下的，也一定是寥寥无几。想留下一些高科技人才，除了企业给予的薪资福利以外，政府也要加大留人的政策。如：3年或5年的大红包给予、城区内安居、学生子女就读……就这些东西，难道仙桃还差钱吗？动不动就说仙桃每年有千亿GDP。所以，光靠企业这里打打闹闹有什么用？
仙桃有了人才，才会推动企业的持续发展。特别是近几年仙桃的房地产、商业行业也已经没落，除了企业能搞一点税收之外，还能搞什么？ 首先引进大学，增加年轻人口，有了大学，就有了科研基地，有点技术含量的企业就会过来了，这都是一环扣一环的。不是某一个单一方面可以发展起来吃饭，目前看ZF某些部门能力不高，第一学历太low，没有好的人脉圈和好的政策，做事态度又不给力，所以很难实现发展，对比一下沿海发达县市，就知道我说的对不对了。
