letter-spacing: 0.034em; color: rgb(255, 41, 65);'>相继推出了10多项的改革举措</span></strong>，在工程竣工验收环节，我们推出了<strong><span style='font-size: var(--articleFontsize); letter-spacing: 0.034em; color: rgb(255, 41, 65);'>“联合验收”和“验登合一”，实现一件事一次办</span></strong>，大大缩减了审批时限，减少了企业跑动次数，为企业快速验收尽早投产，打开了方便之门。</span></section><p> 所谓“验登合一”就是将工程竣工“联合验收”和“不动产首次登记”进行合并办理，其中联合验收包含了4个事项，分别为：规划条件核实、人防验收、消防验收和档案验收，合并后<strong><span style='color: rgb(255, 41, 65);'>实现“一张表单、一窗进出、一次申报、一次办结”</span></strong>。</p><p> 企业通过湖北政务服务网在线进行申请，提交申请材料，窗口收到企业申请后，通过后台分发至有关单位，各业务办理单位在收到申请后，对资料进行核实，资料满足要求的情况下，各业务办理单位会在规定的时间内完成实体的验收，并在系统中给出具办理结果，最后由窗口进行统一汇总与出证。</p><p> 刚提到的限时验收是指从验登合一事项受理开始，到办结所持续的时间，省厅要求是12个工作日完成，我市优化后是8个工作日完成，根据目前我们实施的具体情况，验登合一完成时限平均在5个工作日。</p><p> 在联合验收的基础上，我们还对流程进行了进一步的简化，直接取消了工程竣工验收备案环节，企业在完成联合验收并取得联合验收合格书后，直接办理不动产首次登记，联合验收合格书作为办理不动产的依据，企业无需再单独办理工程竣工验收备案。</p><section style='outline: 0px;
