2em;text-indent: 2.25em;"><span style="letter-spacing:2px;">按照我国传统，孩子出生后一般跟随父亲的姓氏，“子随父姓”的思想根深蒂固。但根据《民法典》及相关规定，子女可以随父姓也可以随母姓。</span><strong><span style="letter-spacing:2px;">因未成年人不具备完全民事行为能力，其姓名权的变更由其法定代理人代为行使，即应由其父母协商一致。</span></strong><span style="letter-spacing:2px;">离婚后，一方给未成年子女改姓名需征得另一方同意，但父母不得因子女变更姓氏而拒付抚养费。故姓氏可以依法变更，但是父母对子女的抚养义务不能免除。本案中，金某以张某不配合其更改张小某姓氏为由，拒绝支付抚养费，违反了法律的规定，金某应及时更正，按约定向张某支付相应抚养费。</span></p><p><span class="wxart_image"
