style='color: rgb(255, 255, 255);font-family: 微软雅黑, Microsoft YaHei;'>1.扣划被执行人及追缴义务人银行和网络资金832946.57元。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2.064em;line-height: 2em;'><span style='color: rgb(255, 255, YaHei;'>4.对李兰珍出资购买并登记在其子刘炫志名下的位于仙桃市沙嘴办事处农发行宿舍二单元401室的房屋拍卖所得价款639431.36元。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2.064em;line-height: 2em;'><span style='color: rgb(255, 255, 255);font-family: 微软雅黑, Microsoft YaHei;'>5.对李兰珍出资购买的位于仙桃市袁市街道办事处畜牧兽医站的土地使用权及地上建筑物拍卖所得价款447980元。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2.064em;line-height: 2em;'><span style='color: rgb(255, 255, 255);font-family: 微软雅黑, Microsoft YaHei;'>6.提取李兰珍持有的湖北侨光石化装备股份有限公司1.5462%的股权2020-2023年度红利所得价款313252.8元。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2.064em;line-height: 2em;'><span style='color: rgb(255, 255, 255);font-family: 微软雅黑, Microsoft YaHei;'>7.对李兰珍持有的海通证券股份有限公司账户名下的无限售流通股拍卖所得价款20524.89元。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2.064em;line-height: 2em;'><span style='color: rgb(255, 255, 255);font-family: 微软雅黑, Microsoft YaHei;'>1.退赔比例。退赔比例=可供退赔案款÷退赔总金额（生效判决确定的退赔总金额为58533618元），即退赔比例为6.591%（3857971.75÷58533618，四舍五入向下取整）。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2.064em;line-height: 2em;'><span style='color: rgb(255, 255, YaHei;'>因涉及人数众多，退赔资金采取统一比例分配的方式陆续完成发放，由执行局工作人员通过转账方式将本次应退赔资金发放至各集资参与人登记的银行账户内。人民法院不设立线下资金清退发放窗口，不安排现场办理退款手续。请各集资参与人于公告发布之日起10日内向本院提交本人身份证复印件及银行账户，提交至本院执行事务中心窗口或将相关资料邮寄至仙桃市人民法院执行局执行事务中心（收件人魏梓）。</span></p><p
