2px;'>仙桃市法院依法采纳了支持起诉意见，并邀请市检察院一同组织双方当事人进行庭前调解工作。调解过程中，介于肖某某不敢面对王某某的情形，检察官与法官商议采用“背对背”方式，分别对二人的离婚意愿、财产分割方式进行了解。针对王某某提出的既要房又要钱的财产分割要求，检察官和法官对其释明夫妻共同财产及离婚财产分割的法律规定。经过一个多小时的释法说理，最终王某某在财产分割上作出了让步，双方当事人就离婚及财产分割达成了一致意见。</span><o:p></o:p></p><p
