leaf="">刘兰兰、夏三明，排湖旅游度假区个体工商户。刘兰兰夫妇经营的“盼青云”超市从一家4平方米小卖店，发展为两家400平方米的综合超市，27年间诚信经营，获得乡亲邻里的一致好评。1998年，夫妇俩300元起家，在排北老桥桥头经营一家小卖店，主卖副食烟酒，当时排湖居民采买生活物资需要去往沔城、郭河等十几里外的临近乡镇超市，2002年夫妇两将小卖店扩为一家小超市--“盼青云”超市，解决了群众采买不便的难题。2017年因厂家配方出现问题，超市代理的鱼药致25家养殖户鱼草殃死，损失达26万元，而厂家只愿赔偿20万元，为了挽回乡亲的损失，夫妇两主动拿出6万元填补赔偿，为了表达诚意，夫妇还额外从超市拿出调水药品、超市生活用品一一送到养殖户手中。代理鱼药10多年，夫妻俩“积攒”了70多万元的赊账，其中有10多万元至今没有收回，最低几百元，最高达六七千元。她也放弃了要账：“乡亲们搞养殖不容易，有的钱少的可能时间长了，忘记了就算了。真困难的乡亲，能帮一点是一点。”“盼青云”伴随着排湖发展，至今还是排湖唯一的超市。而今，他们的2个女儿也加入超市经营，把诚信家风传下去。</span></p><section
