leaf=""><span textstyle='' style='font-size: 16px;color: rgb(0, 0, 0);'>1.无照生产销售电动自行车及蓄电池、充电器等配件的行为；</span></span></p><p style='text-indent: 2em;line-height: 1.75em;'><span leaf=""><span textstyle='' style='font-size: 16px;color: rgb(0, 0, 0);'>2.生产、销售不符合强制性国家标准、未经国家强制性认证（3C认证）或者冒用认证证书标志的电动自行车等行为；</span></span></p><p style='text-indent: 2em;line-height: 1.75em;'><span leaf=""><span textstyle='' style='font-size: 16px;color: rgb(0, 0, 0);'>3.非法改装、拼装电动自行车的行为，包括擅自改装原厂电气配件、拆改限速装置、外设蓄电池托架、改造蓄电池槽盒、更换大容量蓄电池、增大电动自行车外观尺寸，以及二次组装加工蓄电池等；</span></span></p><p style='text-indent: 2em;line-height: 1.75em;'><span leaf=""><span textstyle='' style='font-size: 16px;color: rgb(0, 0, 0);'>4.销售无合格证、无厂名厂址等来源不明的假冒伪劣电动自行车及配件（含不合格蓄电池、充电器、乘员头盔）的行为；</span></span></p><p style='text-indent: 2em;line-height: 1.75em;'><span leaf=""><span textstyle='' style='font-size: 16px;color: rgb(0, 0, 0);'>5.违规回收电动自行车车辆配件，以次充好再次出售，或使用不合格车架、电池、充电器等相关配件开展维修经营服务的行为；</span></span></p><p style='text-indent:
