line-height: 1.75em; letter-spacing: 1.5px; color: rgb(51, 51, 51); background-color: transparent; padding-top: 8px; box-sizing: border-box;"><p style="line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2.125em;font-size: 16px;"><span style="letter-spacing: 1px;"><span leaf="">2023年11月27日上午8时左右，陈占军像往常一样，沿着仙桃城区仙下河步行前往彩票店工作。当行至花源酒店附近时，突然，他听到对岸有人说“快打110”，循声望去才发现仙下河水中，有个穿着羽绒服的人漂浮在水面，正随着流动的河水向下游漂去。</span></span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2.125em;font-size: 16px;"><span style="letter-spacing: 1px;"><span leaf="">陈占军见此情形，迅速脱掉上衣和长裤，跳入冰冷的河水中，游了近20米后，终于游到了落水者身边。这时他才看清是一名女子，既没有呼救也没有挣扎，看样子已经失去了意识。</span></span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2.125em;font-size: 16px;"><span style="letter-spacing: 1px;"><span leaf="">来不及多想，他一边游一边推着女子向岸边游去，想把她抱上岸，没料女子的羽绒服被水浸泡后太重，根本抱不动，他想把女子推上岸，但水泥斜坡太陡又长了青苔太滑，根本无法站立，陈占军只好把女子拖到几米开外的一个水泥坎处，在河岸上的人们帮助下，才一同将女子抬上了岸。不一会儿，110警车和120救护车先后赶到现场，将女子送往医院急救。</span></span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2.125em;font-size: 16px;"><span style="letter-spacing: 1px;"><span leaf="">由于救治及时，落水女子顺利脱离危险。“那样紧急的情况下，如果不出手相救，我一辈子都会良心不安的，我只是做了一件很平常的事。”面对周围群众纷至沓来的赞誉，陈占军却有些腼腆。</span></span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2.125em;font-size: 16px;"><span style="letter-spacing: 1px;"><span leaf="">为弘扬社会正气，鼓励见义勇为行为，维护社会和谐稳定，深化平安仙桃建设，2023年11月，湖北省仙桃见义勇为基金会授予陈占军“仙桃市见义勇为先进个人”称号。</span></span></p><p style="text-align:right;"><span style="color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.9);
