一些人年前发现武汉有疫情了，就拼了命往家乡逃，把病毒带回来了之后还不消停，也不做好自我隔离，以为开个车有多了不起还在到处掺，还是个人吗？想想要是仙桃能够早个四五天封城，应该没这么多鄂A的车了吧。

三、违法人员处罚
从2020年2月9日14时起，对无事闲逛人员、一行2人以上外出的一律交由派出所进行训诫。对违反禁令，未经许可驾驶机动车、非机动车上路的，依法扣留驾驶证、行驶证或车辆，待疫情结束后统一处理；证照暂扣期间继续驾驶车辆的，按无证驾驶处理。对不听劝阻，违反规定强行通行的，将对驾驶人处1000元罚款，并处15日以下拘留的处罚。
交通管制解除时间将另行公告通知。
