提个建议：对于特别拥堵的地方，可以建设天桥，取代人行道，实行人车分流，每个人行道都设置红绿灯，因为有的车都不让人，让人和车都按指示灯过马路比较安全！
对于不守文明乱穿马路的和碰坏公共设施的，让交警抓拍，曝光和处罚一点钱，疏导和教化潜移默化的提高仙桃人民的素质，建设文明城！多弄基础设施和扶助人民创业和就业，希望仙桃百姓越来越好，百姓富有，财政税收自然上去！
街道两边打上水磨石是不是更好。 是这样的？
