九江市政府应承担主要的责任，他们把湖北人压一压踩一踩，与拉一拉帮一帮背道而驰！

我只看到湖北所有大学对外省的考生起分线特别低，对本省的高的变态。今年我们也搞一刀切，所有高校600分起步，湖北本地400分起就可以上。可惜就一笑话。
