“五小车辆”一般在农村指低速货车、三轮汽车、三轮摩托车、两轮摩托车、拖拉机；在城市指人力三轮车、三轮摩托车、三轮电瓶车（含拼、改装）、四轮电瓶车和残疾人机动轮椅车等。
卖电动车的地方强制性上牌，不上牌私卖的没收营业执照！

这个项目搞了很多年了，不知道什么时候能完工验收。路上电三电四乱穿逆行，没得人管。
