line-height: 1.75em; color: rgb(63, 62, 63); padding: 3.5em 1em 3em; box-sizing: border-box;"><section style="line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 18px;letter-spacing: 2px;"> 叮铃铃、叮铃铃……7月17日下午，在仙桃大道德政金园附近，伴随着一阵手摇铜铃的响声，一个个临街店铺业主闻声而动，拎着垃圾桶出门，将积攒的垃圾倒入垃圾车厢内。</span></section><section style="line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 18px;letter-spacing: 2px;"> 摇铜铃的是市洁达公司城西所的环卫工人熊早祥，他负责仙桃大道丝宝路至汉江路靠南边的商铺垃圾收运，以及周边两个小区的生活垃圾转运。每日上午和下午各一次，熊早祥会准时来到商铺门前摇响铜铃。</span></section><section style="line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 18px;letter-spacing: 2px;"> 下午5时许，在一家水果店门前，店员拿出了四五个垃圾桶，一边倾倒，一边和熊早祥寒暄。看到对方忙不过来，熊早祥连忙下车，帮助倾倒垃圾。</span></section><section style="line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 18px;letter-spacing: 2px;"> “每天过来，大家都认识我了。”熊早祥笑着说，遇到垃圾较多的业主，自己就会主动帮忙倾倒。</span></section><section style="line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 18px;letter-spacing: 2px;"> “此前，我们沿街都设置了垃圾桶，但部分店铺业主和市民，不按照要求倒垃圾，容易导致垃圾漫溢，影响城市环境。”城西所十九一片片长王中秀介绍，还有些餐馆会将餐厨垃圾倒入桶内，导致油渍污染地面，夏天气味难闻、苍蝇滋生。</span></section><p style="text-align: center;"><span class="wxart_image" wx-style="display:inline-block;"></span></p><section style="line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 18px;letter-spacing: 2px;"> 去年底，市城管执法局各属地大队向城区各主次干道临街店铺下发《告知书》，取缔城区主次干道临街垃圾桶，实行垃圾不出店、垃圾不落地。临街店铺产生的垃圾，店铺业主分类后，由洁达公司负责，按照定路、定人、定车、定时、定责、定频次等“六定”原则，实行摇铃收灰。临街餐饮店铺的餐余垃圾，由业主电话预约盈和公司，实行专车收运。</span><br></section><section style="line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 18px;letter-spacing: 2px;"> “大家都习惯了，也很配合垃圾收运。”熊早祥说，每天上门收运垃圾，不仅改变了商户垃圾投放的习惯，还有效解决了门前三包中乱丢弃、在门口堆放的现象。</span></section><section style="line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 18px;letter-spacing: 2px;"> 在熊早祥收运生活垃圾的同时，盈和公司的餐厨垃圾转运车辆也在清理着临街餐馆的餐厨垃圾。半年多来，街头果皮箱满溢的现象消失了，店铺周边的环境是越来越好。</span></section><section style="line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 18px;letter-spacing: 2px;"> “现在垃圾收运干净多了!”周边一便利店业主张雪坦言，刚开始，他们每天积攒垃圾，等人来收运，确实不习惯。但看着店周围的环境越来越好，没有过去大垃圾桶垃圾的漫溢，没有异味的熏扰，他们也比较理解和支持这种收运模式。</span></section><section style="line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 18px;letter-spacing: 2px;"> 和熊早祥一样，城区有205名环卫工人每天定时在各自的责任片段收运生活垃圾，用一个小小的铜铃，改善了城区道路两边的环境卫生。</span></section></section></section></section></section></section></section><p style="max-width: 100%;
