请问现在人行道修漂亮了是为了给小车停的吗？现在好多地方已经压坏了，人行道入口处的拦桩也拔了，不知道规划的是容许停还是不容许停，有出来公告有出来管的吗？
沔街新城一号这，行人道上每天都停满了车，行人走路都没位置了，能不能打点桩子？
