!important;">当日上午，二大队副大队长何文发也带领民警、辅警在仙桃大道客运总站路口执勤，查处驾乘机动车不系安全带违法行为。上午10点多钟，一辆小轿车被拦下，驾驶人许某没有系安全带。民警对其违法行为予以批评教育，并依法对其处以罚款50元的处罚。上午11时许，一辆小轿车行经客运总站路口时，民警检查时，发现驾驶人贺某没有系安全带，还穿着一双拖鞋在开车，民警依据相关规定，对贺某合并处罚。当日上午，二大队民警共查处了35起不系安全带违法行为，3起穿拖鞋驾驶违法行为。</span></p><p 特意去百度了一下。还真不违法呢。以后穿拖鞋没事。上车把拖鞋脱了打赤脚起码不会被罚钱。
一般赤脚开车不罚款，执法过程中多以教育批评为主。但也有的地区交通安全法会处罚。法律没有明确规定“光脚不能开车”从法律条文上说，《中国道路交通管理条例》第二十六条规定有明确规定，“不允许穿拖鞋开车”。但是并没有明确要求不能光脚、赤足开车，因此“法无禁止即自由”或者说“法无禁止即允许”的原则，赤脚开车不违法。
