color: rgb(0, 0, 0);'><br></span></p><p style='clear: both; min-height: 1em; text-align: left; line-height: 1.75em;'><span style='color: rgb(0, 0, 0);'><span style='letter-spacing: 1px;' mpa-is-content="t">一、加快办理教育收费退付中央执收单位要切实履行教育收费（包括高中以上学费、住宿费，高校委托培养费，党校收费，教育考试考务费，函大、电大、夜大及短训班培训费等）管理主体责任。<strong>按非税收入收缴管理制度收取的2019-2020学年教育收费，按规定因疫情原因需办理退付或抵扣手续的，应于2020年8月31日前完成。</strong>中央执收单位已收取的幼儿园保育教育</span><span style='letter-spacing: 1px;'>费和住宿费，按规定应办理退付或抵扣手续的，也适用本通知。</span></span></p><p style='clear: both; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);'>二、明确退付标准和工作流程中央执收单位教育收费的退付标准按照属地化管理原则执行。要按照“特事特办”的原则，明确教育收费退付或抵扣内部工作流程，逐项审核缴款人提出的退付申请，对符合规定的要及时将款项退付缴款人，或与缴款人办理抵扣确认手续。</span></p><p style='clear: both; min-height: 1em; text-align: left; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);'>2020年9月30日前，中央执收单位将已退付（抵扣）教育收费的明细表报主管部门和财政部备案，明细表应当列明缴款人名称、教育收费金额、退付金额、抵扣金额、退付原因、退付（抵扣）时间等相关内容。</span></p><p style='clear: both; min-height: 1em; text-align: left; line-height: 1.75em;'><span style='letter-spacing: 1px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);'><br></span></p><p style='clear: both; min-height: 1em; text-align: left; line-height: 1.75em;'><span style='letter-spacing: 1px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);'>三、强化内控和外部监管中央执收单位要主动向缴款人做好政策宣传告知，确保平稳有序完成退付或抵扣工作。强化内部控制，做好账务核算，按规定接受财政和审计监督。</span></p><p style='clear: both; 私立学校肯定是不会退的，不但不会退马上一开学就又要交报名费了
我这个是公立高中的。也就是高考改革的第一批学生。
哈哈。现在言论严重不自由。我说的不是私立学校。
