老小区改造是好事，我们这改造要把楼下的菜园子铲掉，把一楼违建的拆了，修成景观路，遭到有些人的反对。

旧小区可以拆了重建新楼盘，1.7亿资金直接建一个崭新的小区不好么？旧小区拆迁可以收获一笔不小的资金返还给旧小区居民，这样整个城市的形象更上一个档次！ 这样的改造有用吗？ 能继续用几个五年?

只改造商品房小区吗？
搞不懂咯，新房买得起少的很，哈说抢着买楼盘售空，你买房他们又有了，也许旧房改了就认为房子如果卖就要加价了吗？难道是面子工程吗？…真心不晓得么意思，难道是送福利让大家改善生活但是也只有符合要求的才可以的…

不算征地费的话，目前房子成本造价大概2000一平方，1.7亿可以造85000平米商品房，按100平米一套房，可以新起850套房
随便算的，欢迎指正。。
请问59个小区是哪59个，已经开始改造的28个又是哪28个，公布的其他小区什么时候动工，主要改造一些什么项目，这都是谜，请公示岀来，无图无真相，到底是作秀还是实实在在改善老百姓的人居环境！我们拟目以待！
大洪小区还有改手吧，老的掉渣了。
