以前的小产权开发是典型的权力腐败，那么高的房子一天可以盖起来的吗？盖起来了说违法，早干什么去了！希望以后逐渐规范。如果是先卖的房子，后抵押的银行，银行就没有责任吗？明知道房子己售，还去抵押！如果是先抵押，后卖房，监管部门又干什么去了？

其实是仙桃市政府官商勾结拆迁搞开发，官家拿干股获利，开发商填坑。
