今天看到一个跟三厢汽车一样大小的电四轮在主路上龟速行驶，60多岁在开，挂的一个电D什么的牌照，完全影响交通。

在没有划定什么车走什么道的路上，人人车都有路权 这种故意别车的行为已经严重影响别人的行车安全了，我看别的地方好几起都不只是罚个款 大洪桥十字路康湾一品方向，天天都一帮鸟人把车停在路口，本不宽松的道路被硬生生站了一股车道，影响行车安全@仙桃交警

这种车最烦人，你说他慢，他说我是按电动车的规定在开。龟速说不定是在看路上能不能揽到客
处罚太轻了，起码应该12分一千块
