怎么报警才能把案子转到公安部去，20000的案子都办了，我亲戚被诈骗8万报警至今没下文，打电话给公安局，说让找录笔录的派出所，欲哭无泪

多久了？立案没有？你当时负责的警官你们去联系了没有？这个太难了，因为很多不好公开说的了，这么说吧就算帮你立案了找到了钱很难了……

这个你找公安部也没用的，这个按照案子程度应该是经侦和派出.........具体什么情况就看人家了，不好说啊，还有的跨区域......人家不会给你满世界找人吧？你报案的地方立案没有，有没有回执，如果都没有也没有定是民事纠纷还是诈骗什么的，你报案很久啥也没说，因为立案要时间如果很久，那你可以找相关部门反应因为这算玩忽职守。新闻这个你一看就知道没那么简单啊……
