指证也要有证据，在没有其他有力证据的情况下，咬定不松口，无事过关。 这叫抗拒从严，回家过年。 对于此类案件，井方都是以威慑为主，有直接证据早就直接拿下了，还会给你宣讲法律知识吗。说白了就是妹夫太怂，经不住吓。
