仙桃要冲击全国文明城市，不要总盯着弱势群体的电动车遮阳棚，这是刚需，等风过了又要死灰复燃，堵不如疏，上面下面通知爽了，下面老百姓苦了. 可以安装符合安全规范的遮阳棚不不可以吗? 还有市区有还有几条非机动车道? 整天在广播里喊非机动车不可以走机动车道，那些走"机动车"道的非机动车到是去管哪！还有人行道上停的汽车，不管是在大新路，沔阳大道，还是在复州大道，只要是在老城区主干道，汽车把人行道都堵死了，行人不得不走机动车道，这个样子的仙桃要是能成为文明城市，那真是个笑话了！
