超标电动车只是过渡车辆，过渡期一到，强制报废。
每天中午派1小分队到荣怀的门口去拆，保证100个以上
人家社区小范围骑，又不上主干道，感觉没有必要。

可以搞有组织力量去拆除，需要联合多方面社会的力量，动用舆论和媒体去拆。但是他又是一个地方性的行动，不具备法律门槛做支撑，比如持驾照的人骑带棚的电动车扣6分或者动用仙桃居委会的力量去拆除，这是非常有杀伤力的，但是他们明白这步棋走的又太危险。

现在发这个精力去强拆篷 还不如去办点实事 也是不是表示前几年的不作为呢
