line-height: 2em;'>仙桃市九届人大常委会第三十四次会议审议了市人民政府提出的《关于调整全市城区及彭场镇区禁止燃放烟花爆竹范围的议案》。会议认为，近年来，随着我市经济社会快速发展，城区范围不断扩大，市人大常委会原先确定的仙桃城区禁鞭范围已不符合仙桃城市发展实际，彭场镇建设非织造布“四基地两中心”，燃放烟花爆竹存在极大安全隐患，迫切需要禁鞭，适时对全市禁鞭范围进行调整十分必要。为进一步加强全市烟花爆竹燃放安全管理，减少环境污染，保障公共安全和公民人身、财产安全，服务保障仙桃经济社会高质量发展，回应人民群众对美好生态环境的新期待，根据《中华人民共和国大气污染防治法》、《烟花爆竹安全管理条例》、《湖北省燃放烟花爆竹若干规定》、《湖北省烟花爆竹安全管理办法》等法律法规，结合本市实际情况，作如下决定：</p><p style='text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2em;'><br></p><p style='text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2em;'>一、本市下列区域禁止燃放烟花爆竹</p><p style='text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2em;'>（一）仙桃城区，即东至杜家台分洪道沿仙洪高速为界（含纱帽小区、时代新区，沔东小区）、西至电排河沿循环经济产业园产业路至东堤路到沔州大道（含四居、欧湾村、郑仁口村、红光社区、老里仁口村十二组、高峰村）、南至通顺河周家榨段（含金台社区、骑尾社区、杨岗社区、余吉村、徐台村、周家榨村、船湾村）、北至汉江段区域，全年禁鞭。</p><p style='text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2em;'>（二）彭场镇禁鞭区域以集镇为主，具体为：东至彭杨公路、展鹏路，南至通顺河，西至彭场剅沟，北至八禾大道，另含仙彭公路全段（太子湖至彭杨公路），全年禁鞭。</p><p style='text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2em;'>（三）市人民政府在第一款、第二款规定之外，根据本行政区域的实际情况决定其他禁止燃放烟花爆竹的区域及时间。</p><p style='text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2em;'><br></p><p style='text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2em;'>二、重污染天气应急响应期间，本市行政区域内一律禁止燃放烟花爆竹。</p><p style='text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2em;'><br></p><p style='text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2em;'>三、全市大型活动或者重大庆典需要在禁止燃放烟花爆竹区域内举办焰火晚会或者其他大型焰火燃放活动的，主办单位应当依法向公安机关提出申请。经公安机关依照法定程序核发许可并向社会公告的，不受本决定第一条规定限制。</p><p style='text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2em;'><br></p><p style='text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2em;'>四、在禁止燃放烟花爆竹区域内，禁止销售烟花爆竹。</p><p style='text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2em;'><br></p><p style='text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2em;'>五、本决定由市人民政府组织实施。</p><p style='text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2em;'>市人民政府应当加强对禁止燃放烟花爆竹工作的组织领导，统筹协调解决禁止燃放烟花爆竹工作中的重大事项。</p><p style='text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2em;'><br></p><p style='text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2em;'>六、本决定第一条第一款确定的仙桃城区禁鞭工作自本决定通过之日起施行。</p><p style='text-indent: 2em; 现在彭场到处放鞭炮
晚上十一点多都有放的
特别是老人的，家家户户门前都放鞭，既烧钱又污染空气。活着时不知有没得丁点孝心。希望政府一进行数量限制。
流潭公园演艺中心后面每天都有人放，还不是没人管，吵死人
堵住鞭炮进入仙桃的源头，把违停贴罚单的干劲拿出来，肯定有效果！就不要盯着枯老百姓不放！
快禁，不要说话不算数
一边说绿水青山。一边把树砍得干干净净。现在去农村看看还有多少大树？都被村干部砍完了。美其名曰不一致影响美观。还记得小时候，河边上都是一排一排的水沙树，屋前屋后也有沙树。都被强制性的砍掉了。以前的汉江堤南面也是沙树林，后来树砍了承包给别人种果树。果树没搞成。拿空气污染来做文章，麻烦从其他方面入手，工业污染才是大头。
