As a result, the fermented soya beans made of them are naturally rich in selenium and protein, offering health benefits such as cancer and oxidation resistance, immune system enhancement, etc.</span></p></section></section></section></section></section></section></section></section></section></section><p style="text-align: center;"><font size="2" face="微软雅黑" color="#808080"><span style="letter-spacing: 0.544px;">来源</span><span style="letter-spacing: 0.544px;">：仙桃日报</span></font></p></div><p></p> 赛过老干妈。 仙天潜三地仙桃郑场豆豉，都有自家的拿手豆瓣酱（三地毕竟地理相邻，生活及习俗大致一样），上个世纪90年代，仙桃的郑场豆豉（六月爆）最有名气，一度出口业务都做得风声水起。再后来，潜江的豆瓣酱厂改制，成立了尝香思，专做豆瓣酱及其它酱菜，98年成立公司，到2000年就在武汉都小有名气了，基本上各大超市都有销售了，至于长三角和珠三角，也有部分小店和超市上柜销售的。
天门的酱厂，原来也不错的，尤其是天门杨场的风味豆瓣酱，算是天门那边做得最好的了。受潜江的湖北尝香思的成功影响，天门成立了杨荣酱厂，口味改良、包装、营销上全面学习潜江，也算做得不错了。
而我们郑场的豆豉，貌似主打传统还是传统的口味，包装也还是传统的罐子封蜡包装，真得需要奋起直追了。 买过一坛，六月曝，还是儿时的味道。

有小罐的。
这些年为了发展经济把什么都忽略了。我觉得仙桃该补补传统文化的课了，提升仙桃的软实力。天门在经济上玩不转，但是文化宣传上非常强势，比如蒸菜，围棋拥军等宣传上比仙桃强不少。 就问哪里有卖的。
