box-sizing: border-box;"><span style="font-size: 17px;color: rgb(0, 0, 0);box-sizing: border-box;">3月2日，市水利和湖泊局党组成员、总工程师舒德春带队对剅沟泵站及水系治理工程项目进行安全隐患排查时，工作不认真，漏排现场缺乏警示标志、特种设备操作人员未持证上岗等安全隐患。在此次排查后，剅沟泵站及水系治理工程项目法人代表、市水利和湖泊局水政水资源科副科长周维工作责任心不强，未采取有效措施整改排查出的现场临边防护不满足要求、现场管理混乱未进行封闭管理、特种设备操作无信号指挥人员等安全隐患。3月22日，市水利和湖泊局安全生产办公室副主任张盼工作不负责任，仅通过电话找周维了解隐患整改情况，未实地复核，将未整改完成的安全隐患直接销号上报。4月初，市作风整顿专班暗访时发现以上问题，并现场督促整改。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;
