听石膏的老师说这个还最近升官了，去年酒驾后长期开车上班。按说不是应该吊销驾照么。

真假无从考究，但也不会空穴来风。理论上严重醉驾应直接注销机动车驾驶证，五年之内不能再考驾驶证；开除某籍，是无法升迁提干的。但事在人为嘛！
