跟元泰一样未验收就通知业主收房，然后业主在12345上投诉，得到的回应也是让业主拒绝收房，然后不了了之。最后业主等不得了还是陆续主动收房了。

开发商最喜欢你这样的业主了，合同上写的清清楚楚，达到什么条件交房、交房流程是怎么样的、违约金怎么赔的……这么有道理的事情，自己的合法权益自己不去主动争取，首先想到的却是搞工程的有背景，自己先怂了，那有什么办法呢？听天由命吧。
咱们小区部分业主联合起来就把开发商告了，过程当然是艰难的，但最后我们还是赢了。开发商基本完善了收尾工程和竣工验收手续，产权证也拿到手了，违约金当然也少不了……
最基本的公平正义也许会迟到，但终究不会缺席……
