不相信。
政府应做规划，制定原则与标准，放开居民自建房屋，充分利用民间资金。所有的都由政府主导改造，总感觉有种官商勾结的味道。。
居委会已经通知啦，河边哈的不要改建、装修了，安置地点1、高铁小镇，2、袁市监狱对面。看看去年的土拍，这两块地都是城投拿的。
