自7月份以来，江苏省南京市疫情已蔓延至11省17市，当前疫情防控形势严峻复杂，为严格落实“外防输入、内防反弹”的防控策略，现在全市范围内开展境外及中高风险地区来仙返仙人员紧急大排查工作，通告如下：<br></span></p><section style='text-align: justify;line-height: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 17px;letter-spacing: 0.5px;'> <strong>一、排查范围</strong></span></section><section style='text-align: justify;line-height: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 17px;letter-spacing: 0.5px;'> (一)境外返仙人员。</span></section><section style='text-align: justify;line-height: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 17px;letter-spacing: 0.5px;'> (二)国内中高风险地区来仙返仙人员。6月21日以来有云南省德宏州;7月10日以来有南京市;7月15日以来有辽宁省沈阳市大东区;7月17日以来有江苏省宿迁市泗阳县，7月17日以来有湖南省张家界市;7月18日以来有四川省绵阳市涪城区;7月22日参加或观看过张家界魅力湘西剧场演出;7月23日以来有湖南省常德市武陵区;7月24日以来有四川省宜宾市南溪区;7月25日以来有四川省成都市青羊区、高新区，7月25日以来有辽宁省大连市甘井子区等旅居史的来仙返仙人员。</span></section><section style='text-align: justify;line-height: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 17px;letter-spacing: 0.5px;'> (三)外省、外市、外县发函需要协查的密接人员，次级密接人员以及上级交办需要排查管控的人员作为管控重点。</span></section><section style='text-align: justify;line-height: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 17px;letter-spacing: 0.5px;'> <strong>二、管控措施</strong></span></section><section style='text-align: justify;line-height: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 17px;letter-spacing: 0.5px;'> 根据湖北省防控政策，对入境人员和国内中高风险地区的来仙返仙人员，实施“14天集中隔离+14天居家隔离”的健康管理措施，对达不到居家隔离条件的实施14天集中隔离。</span></section><section style='text-align: justify;line-height: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 17px;letter-spacing: 0.5px;'> <strong>三、方式方法</strong></span></section><section style='text-align: justify;line-height: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 17px;letter-spacing: 0.5px;'> 一是个人申报，从上述地区来仙返仙人员，务必主动向所在地社区(村)、工作单位或住宿宾馆报告。</span></section><section style='text-align: justify;line-height: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 17px;letter-spacing: 0.5px;'> 二是社区(村)主动排查，各乡镇、社区(村、组)通过动态掌握本乡镇、本村外出务工、经商人员所在地，根据市防指反馈的中高风险地区名单，提前进行沟通联系，有来仙返仙意向的，主动上门进行排查，确定返仙时间、行程，提前做好对接，并将信息上报辖区疫情防控指挥部，第一时间实施管控。</span></section><section style='text-align: justify;line-height: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 17px;letter-spacing: 0.5px;'> 三是推送信息排查，乡镇接到市防指下达中高风险地区及境外人员的排查工作任务后，组织疫情信息排查小分队逐村逐户上门排查，3小时内排查完毕。</span></section><section style='text-align: justify;line-height: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 17px;letter-spacing: 0.5px;'> 四是大数据比对排查。</span></section><section style='text-align: justify;line-height: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 17px;letter-spacing: 0.5px;'> 请各乡镇指挥部于2021年7月31日17:00时前将本辖区排查情况上报市疫情防控指挥部。</span></section><section style='text-align: justify;line-height: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 17px;letter-spacing: 0.5px;'> <strong>四、相关责任</strong></span></section><section style='text-align: justify;line-height: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 17px;letter-spacing: 0.5px;'> 1.迟报、不报或不认真排查的乡镇将由市专项督查组问责。</span></section><section style='text-align: justify;line-height: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 17px;letter-spacing: 0.5px;'> 2.对中高风险地区来仙返仙人员故意隐瞒行程、不服从管控等行为，造成严重后果的，将依法依规追究法律责任。</span></section><section style='text-align: justify;line-height: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 17px;letter-spacing: 0.5px;'> <strong>五、有奖举报</strong></span></section><section style='text-align: justify;line-height: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 17px;letter-spacing: 0.5px;'> 1.举报对象：市民可对国内疫情重点关注地区(近期国内调高疫情风险等级或报告发生确诊病例地区，适时动态调整)来仙返仙未向所在社区、村登记报告，未被落实相应隔离管控措施人员;与新冠肺炎确诊病例、无症状感染者有密切接触史且未主动报告并按相关规定落实隔离管控措施的人员进行举报。</span></section><section style='text-align: justify;line-height:
