text-align: justify;'> 近期，疫情防控形势严峻复杂。为有效降低疫情输入风险，切实维护大家的健康安全，在此我们呼吁全镇广大父老乡亲提高警惕，自觉做到以下六点要求：</p><p style='background-color: rgb(243, 245, 255); text-align: justify;'> <strong><span style='color: #ff0000;'>做好一项报备。</span></strong>在外乡亲近期尽量不返乡，<strong><span style='color: #00b0f0;'>已返乡人员请您主动报备，</span></strong>积极配合防控措施。到过境外、中、高风险地区或与确诊病例（无症状感染者）有接触史、轨迹有交叉或有仙桃市外旅居史的朋友，必须第一时间向所在村（社区）报备，经风险评估后，配合做好新冠病毒核酸检测、隔离管控、健康监测等防控措施。<strong><span style='color: #00b0f0;'>如发现有从境外、中、高风险地区返乡未报备的人员，可以向所在村（社区）或郭河镇疫情防控指挥部（号码附后）反映情况。</span></strong></p><p style='background-color: rgb(243, 245, 255); text-align: justify;'> <strong><span style='color: #ff0000;'>接种一支疫苗。</span></strong>积极接种新冠疫苗，共筑免疫屏障。接种疫苗是预防新冠肺炎最安全、最有效的方式，尤其在防重症、防死亡上有明显效果。<strong><span style='color: #00b0f0;'>请符合条件尚未接种新冠疫苗的人员，尽快到郭河镇卫生院完成接种，</span></strong><span style='color: rgb(0, 0, 0);text-decoration-style: solid;text-decoration-color: rgb(0, 0, 0);font-family: 微软雅黑, sans-serif;'>早接种早受益。</span></p><p style='background-color: rgb(243, 245, 255); text-align: justify;'> <strong><span style='color: #ff0000;'>响应一次倡导。</span></strong>全镇父老乡亲要积极响应倡导，<strong><span style='color: #00b0f0;'>非必要不外出。</span></strong>如必须外出，应密切关注目的地疫情动态，合理安排出行时间和行程，做好外出报备，旅途中务必做好个人防护，<span style='color: rgb(0, 0, 0);text-decoration-style: solid;text-decoration-color: rgb(0, 0, 0);font-family: 微软雅黑, sans-serif;'>如出现发热、咳嗽等相关症状，及时到当地医疗机构发热门诊就诊。</span></p><p style='background-color: rgb(243, 245, 255); text-align: justify;'> <strong><span style='color: #ff0000;'>减少一个活动。</span></strong>减少非必要聚集性活动，尽量减少在医疗机构、商场超市、餐饮场所、农贸市场等密闭空间活动，不到棋牌室。自觉遵守<span style='color: #00b0f0;'><strong>“喜事缓办、丧事简办、宴会不办”，</strong></span>餐饮门店一律取消宴会预定。</p><p style='background-color: rgb(243, 245, 255);
