color: rgb(0, 0, 0);'> 8月17日，仙桃市2021年大学生乡村医生定向培养签约仪式举行，47名大学生与市卫健委现场签订定向培养合同，进一步加强全市乡村医生后备力量培养，全面提升乡村医生队伍素质和村级医疗卫生服务能力，促进分级诊疗制度落实。</span></section><section style='line-height: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 18px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);'> 据了解，近日省卫健委、省教育厅印发了《万名大学生乡村医生配备项目2021年定向培养实施方案》，对做好2021年度“万名大学生乡村医生配备”项目工作提出细化措施，要求用3到5年时间，实现全省每个村卫生室配备至少一名大学生乡村医生的目标。我市因目前乡村医生青黄不接、考生填报志愿坚定、培训经费充足，超额完成省卫健委30名大学生村医签约指标。</span></section><p style='text-align: center;'><span class="wxart_image" wx-style='display:inline-block;'></span></p><section style='line-height: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 18px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);'> 根据《方案》要求，我市签约学子将在仙桃职业学院临床医学专业进行为期三年的脱产学习，在校期间每年享受总额一万元免补。学校将针对乡村医生需求，明确培养目标，制定人才培养方案，优化课程体系，针对基层医疗卫生事业需求，增加本地区常见病、多发病、传染病、地方病的诊疗防控、中医学(民族医学)常用诊疗技术等教学内容。</span><br></section><section style='line-height: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 18px;
