那黄林是不是就不用拆迁啦{:225:}商品房住着根本不舒服 还是楼房住着好啊 最好能允许在原台基上重建就好 盖个六七层的房子自己住 爽 这是给旧改定调子的，像广州上海这些城市，利用旧改和开发商一起拆老城区黄金地段，直接搞房地产去了。仙桃根本不会有这种情况，哪个开发商这想不开要拆老城区，南边的水田地不香吗。

这种政策下来，以后私房会放开给你维修改造的。只是不允许你拆了建更高的楼房。我看到很多地方私房都在搞改造。比起之前完全不能动好多了。 还好仙桃周边已经拆完了，到处是还建小区，房多的都住不完
不拆政府怎么能卖地赚钱，怎么样发展。
