仙桃锦江国际一期频繁停电，“正式电”改造到底卡在哪

text-indent: 2em;"><span style="letter-spacing: 0.544px;"><font size="2" face="Verdana" color="#000000">据居民介绍，随着一期入住人数增多，</font><font size="2" face="Verdana" color="#ff0000">小区每年只要是天冷天热期间用电量增大，临时电就会不堪重负，线路、变压器故障频发，导致经常停电。</font><font size="2" face="Verdana" color="#000000">且因为维修费用的问题，每次停电时间也较长。</font></span></p><p style="line-height: 30px; text-indent: 2em;"><font size="2" face="Verdana" color="#000000">随后，记者来到了位于该小区2号楼的物业服务中心，一名杨姓经理接受了采访。他说，8月2日晚一期变压器坏了之后，他立即给供电公司打了电话，希望由供电公司来维修，“由于居民没有在供电公司正式开户，供电公司说不管维修，但如果单靠我们物业也是承受不了的。后来第二天办事处出面协调，请了专业人士来修。这个钱还是我们物业出的，花了1万6。之前电线、变压器等设备的维修、维护也都是物业在承担。”据介绍，为了改变临时用电的情况，一期居民也向解放街社区、龙华山办事处多次反映，终于从去年开始了电改。</font></p><section data-tools="135编辑器" data-id="85714" style="outline: 0px; 开发商早就跑路了。烂尾了快十年了。还是政府出面把这个楼盘盘活了。 安居才能乐业，相关部门处理不了的事希望政府出来协调一下，没有政府高度重视而搞不好的事！
