刚从那回来，一眼看不到头的三轮车
这不是三轮车四轮车不遵守交规的问题，而是三轮车四轮车上路就违法的问题，批评教育反而让人以为是开的不规矩，其实是开就不对
城区开远光能不能管管呢

只管一下年纪大的就很好了，60岁以上不许开，载客禁止，三轮车确实用处多，开放部分，取缔部分。
