0px;">（一）城区“十乱”现象管理情况。</strong>各街道综合执法中心在做好防疫值守同时，注重对各集贸市场周边规范管理，城区各市场周边流动叫卖现象明显好转。由于摊贩流动性大，背街小巷、十字路口、城区各桥头附近的占道经营现象依然严重。解放大道与共青路交汇处、凤凰河路、钱沟路与光湖大街交汇处、昌升路（仙桃大道～黄金大道段）、汉江酒店桥头、大洪桥头、仁和桥头等部位流动商贩长期占道经营。在日常管理中，城区主次干道早餐店、夜市烧烤店出店经营现象较为突出，导致人行道上桌椅乱摆乱放，车辆乱停乱靠，食客乱扔乱丢垃圾污染路面，致使市容秩序较为混乱、环境卫生脏乱差。</span></section><section style="outline: 0px;line-height: 2em;"><span style="outline: 0px;letter-spacing: 2px;"> <strong style="outline: 0px;">（二）施工现场管理情况。</strong>少数施工单位在城区道路临时修缮，短期建设上存在施工不规范，管理不到位现象。如：市公安局天网四期外电接入项目，在沔阳大道、丝宝路、干河路等路段施工中，围挡不规范，施工产生的建筑渣土随意堆放没有及时清场。</span></section><section style="outline: 0px;line-height: 2em;"><span 0px;">（三）违法建设管理情况。</strong>8月份共督办违法建设案件76件，其中存量违建施工案件68件，新增违建施工案件8件（沙嘴新增1处，龙华山新增1处，干河新增6处）。属龙华山街道辖区违建5件均已完成整改；干河街道辖区违建25件，仍有11件未整改到位；沙嘴街道辖区违建46件，仍有25件未整改到位。</span></section><section style="outline: 0px;">（二）无纺布工业垃圾收集点管理情况。</strong>市城管办持续对13处无纺布废料临时集中收集点管理情况进行检查。所有收集点均按要求对外公示开放，但无人看管、垃圾不及时处置现象依然突出，致使本应规范管理的收集点成为“合法”的乱泼乱倒点位。尤其是麦芽路水云间旁空地、丝宝路恒迪建材市场对面储备空地（责任单位：干河街道）混合垃圾乱堆乱放，长期不清理，无专人管理。</span></section><section 矮子中挑挑高个吧，现在比以前还是改进了不少. 怎么没有银孚领秀城的物业呀 排名靠前的给予奖励，靠后的给予罚款，一个季度一评比，连续四次靠后，取消物业资格，全员培训合格才允许上岗 森林国际买的第二名吧
生态环境局咋就居首榜了呢？ 我就想知道 水云间那里 麦芽厂被围起来的垃圾清理了没有。之前说 有人丢垃圾 解决了 解决方法是 眼不见，心不烦。搞了个遮羞布，围了个铁皮皮 还开了两个门 怕人家垃圾不好丢吗？这下只能关里面丑了。
