text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2em;"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 17px; letter-spacing: 1px;">第二种是第1053条规定的，一方患有重大疾病的，应当在结婚登记前如实告知另一方；不如实告知的，另一方可以向法院请求撤销婚姻。已废止的《婚姻法》第10条规定，婚前患有医学上认为不应当结婚的疾病，婚后尚未治愈的，属于无效婚姻。而《民法典》第1051条对此作出了改变，无效婚姻目前仅包含：重婚、有禁止结婚的亲属关系、未到法定婚龄三种情形。</span><span style="font-size: 17px;
