爽爽鳝鱼粉仍旧是用老式锅炉熬汤汁，客人来了，将自己带的瓷把钢放在案板上，师傅立刻舀入一勺熬好的汤汁，捞粉，担粉，敲两下，撒上葱花，加入特制作料。这些动作一气呵成！值得一提的是，老师傅是分两次担粉的，保证粉丝口感。

赵老伍店面规模大，分店较多，容易找到。我们本来打算只做老店子的鳝鱼粉，但是想到也许新派早餐店也会别有一番美味。

不是传统糊汤粉，粉较老式糊汤粉粗一点，汤味道比较淡，不够浓，可能因为本身不是糊汤粉的缘故。总体来说味道不错。
