最多无期徒刑，进去了好好改造，好好表现，到60岁申请保外就医，就可以回家养老了。
一个县级市，动不动1000万，还不算未查出来上报的数，这影响恶劣的很，防腐反腐任重道远，应该严判，威慑不够，不知敬畏。就没有受贿多被判死刑的
