武汉货车也不能进，武汉不发达了？上海没牌市区都进不了，上海落后了？你才不发达，鼠目寸光，只想眼前，能这样话说明外环路已经完善了，可以不走城区了，再说为什么要你办证，办证不要钱吗，这都不懂

东边何李路---西边汉江路，，北边沿河路---南边黄金大道，，，一个四方形禁行区域··· 希望318改道南迁现在掐在城中心天天一堆大货车来往 有赚的了
早8点到晚8点比较合适
