PingFangTC-Light;">1995年仙桃市博物馆在流潭公园内建设完成，随即公园内的大规模建设自此开始。1995年，网球场和儿童乐园开工建设，不久后投入运营；甘露禅寺、革命英雄纪念碑也相继落成。1997年上半年，在流潭公园大门东侧由武汉一商人投资近300万建设的汉江游泳馆正式开工。2003年底，公园由建设了众多歌舞厅、KTV，随后，青少年活动中心也应运而生。</span></p><p PingFangTC-Light;">1997年10月仙桃师范学校征得90亩土地修建围墙，并迅速实现了路通、电通和水通。12月28日，新校奠基仪式举办。1998年12月，学校克服各种困难，又征得土地210亩，使新校区面积达到了300亩。1999年8月，新校第一期工程全部竣工，建筑面积达到35000平方米。2000年，新校第二期工程也如期竣工，学校的校园框架基本成型，老校的其他学生全部迁至新校上课。</span></p><p PingFangTC-Light;">，湖北省高等学校设置了评议委员会专家会议通过投票，一致同意建立仙桃职业学校。仙桃职业学院成立后，在2003年1月10日，市机构编制委员会下发了《关于成立仙桃职业技术学院医学院的批复》，正式撤销仙桃卫校建制，成立仙桃职业学院医学院，隶属仙桃职业学院领导。</span></p><p style="vertical-align: 三中的北面抵着一条小河沟，这条沟应该就是后来的城乡渠路了，距离四化路还是有一点距离的，而且三中的大门一直在西边朝那个巷子开的，这巷子就是原来四化路上县卫生间旁边过来的。 发一个小区一直以为是德政园
