这个可以支持 关键的问题是狂犬病毒无解，而且潜伏期特长，少则几天多则十几年 满街不牵绳的 猫狗都有人丢，我捡了两条流浪猫。以前偷狗子的人多，都不容易不一定都要捕杀！ 留个电话，，群众联系，，， 搞得好！看到这个我很很高兴！表示赞成！多年长期被狗伤害，对这个社会顽疾深恶痛绝！感谢城管办了一件好事、实事！大快人心！好样的！赞一个！给参与捉狗的城管每个人奖励3000元、送锦旗，希望再接再厉，长抓不懈，见到宠物狗就抓，还我一个安全卫生的环境
